Search for a gene

SNPExpress enables a convenient search for genes.

(1) SNPExpress takes standard HUGO gene symbols as inputs. (Figure 1)

(2) Using navigation tree to further select transcript or exon probesets. (Figure 2)

(3) The selected transcript will be highlighted in the result panel. (Figure 3)

(4) Once a transcript or an exon probeset is selected, one then can elect to perform a GWAS, and display the results using WGAViewer if installed. (Figure 4)
