Real-time association test: [One selected gene] - [One selected SNP]

For any selected single SNP (SNP A) and single gene expression levels (Expression B), this test answers the question: is there any association between the genotypes of SNP A and Expression B?

(1) SNPExpress takes rs number and HUGO gene symbols as inputs. (Figure 1)

(2) If SNPExpress finds the data for both the SNP and the gene, the "Expression by Genotype" button will then be enabled. Simply click on this button. (Figure 2)

(3) The results will be displayed in both scattered plots and tables, separately for brain and PBMC (Figure 3).
