Real-time association test: [One selected SNP] - [Transcriptome-wide expression]

For any selected single SNP of interest (SNP A ), this test answers the question: in a transcriptome-wide scale, are there any associations between any gene/exon expression and SNP A ?

(1) SNPExpress takes HUGO gene symbols as inputs. (Figure 1)

(2) If SNPExpress finds the SNP, the "Transcriptome-SNP association " button will then be enabled. Simply click on this buttone to run the test. (Figure 2)
